Yet true transformation does not happen inside the ceremonial maloca alone. It happens in the days, weeks, and months that follow, when you return to your relationships, your work, your habits, and your daily routine.
Integration is the practice of translating insight into embodiment. It is taking what was revealed and allowing it to reshape how you live, how you treat yourself, and how you show up in the world.
