What Soul Journey Experience Actually Does

QUICK ANSWER

Soul Journey Experience isn’t a vacation with a ceremony bolted on — it’s a structured five-day arc that begins 30 days before you arrive. Picture your life as a balloon, filled with everything you’ve chased and every emotion you’ve never released. Week One is Clean, Restore, Remember: nervous-system preparation, daily movement and breathwork, three Ayahuasca ceremonies, one San Pedro journey, and 90 days of integration after you leave. This is the foundation the entire Trilogy stands on — taking years off your body, calming your mind, and empowering your spirit.

It’s Not a Vacation With a Ceremony Bolted On

People picture a retreat as a week off. Nice food, a jungle backdrop, one big ceremony in the middle, and a flight home with a suntan.

That’s not what this is. Soul Journey Experience is a structured arc with a job at every phase — and most of the work starts before you ever set foot on a plane.

Your Existence Is a Balloon

Imagine your whole existence as a balloon. We fill it. People, family, toys, cars, the house, the money, the white picket fence. Chasing dreams, travel, vacations. And underneath all of that — every emotion we never let out, locked inside, pressurizing the walls.

All that stuff we carry causes heaviness. Sluggishness. Exhaustion. And somewhere in the filling, we ran out of space, time, and energy for us.

We chalk it up as sacrifice. We get rewarded for it. But it isn’t sacrifice — it’s self-neglect wearing a nicer word.

And self-neglect, left alone long enough, becomes self-abandonment.

No wonder you’re afraid of losing what you’ve built. That fear isn’t about the stuff. It’s a red flag — the signal that you’ve already lost yourself.

Once you lose your aliveness, it doesn’t leave all at once. It dims. The feeling gets rarer, further apart, fleeting — a flicker on Friday night, gone by Monday morning. You start living for the weekend just to feel something again.

And when aliveness goes, things start to break down. Relationships get hard. The nagging shows up. Neediness in the people around you erupts, out of nowhere, over nothing. Problems appear from every direction at once — not because life got harder, but because you no longer have the aliveness to meet it. One domino tips, then the next, then the next.

Your aliveness is your most important asset — more valuable than anything inside the balloon. Lose it, and everything costs more. It eats time. Wastes time. What used to take an hour takes three, because you’re dragging a body and a mind that have gone quiet.

Why “Clean” Starts Before You Ever Land

Your nervous system has two modes.

Sympathetic — survival. Fear, the mask, the chemical rollercoaster of cortisol and adrenaline with no off switch.

Parasympathetic — relaxed. Authentic, no mask. The only state where healing actually happens — and the doorway to the 5D world this path is built around.

This is what the 30 days before you arrive are for: getting your body and mind safe enough to leave survival mode. Almost no other retreat does this. Most hand you a meal plan and call it prep — that only readies your gut for the medicine. We prepare your nervous system for transformation.

The Container

Sunday, arrival day. Check-in, welcome blessing, opening circle. The safety the whole week depends on gets built right here.

The Clean, Day by Day

Morning movement to wake the body before the mind takes over. Psycho-navigation techniques — nervous system resets, trauma-release breathwork. A medicine bath each evening, a literal cleansing ritual before ceremony. Move, process, cleanse, ceremony — every single day.

The Restore

Three Ayahuasca ceremonies. One full-day San Pedro journey. Processing and counseling between each, so nothing surfaced in ceremony gets left alone in the dark.

This is where the shaman, the medicine, and you work together — where the debris and the accumulation get cleaned. Where the balloon finally deflates.

Remember

By Day 4, the sessions turn from clearing to reclaiming — Finding Your Power & Authenticity, Creating Joy & Aliveness. You’re not just emptying the balloon anymore. You’re remembering what it felt like before you started filling it.

Integration Isn’t an Afterthought

Day 5 is built around processing and next steps. Then ninety days of integration training, two more circles. This is what separates it from a one-and-done experience.

Soul Family

Departure is its own closing ritual. You leave held, not dropped.

This Is Week One

The ground the whole Trilogy stands on.

Clean. Restore. Remember. Taking years off your body. Calming your mind. Empowering your spirit.

This is where Witness and Embody first get their footing — the first pass through the Four Stages of Remembering, before the Trilogy takes you deeper.

About Maestro Sani

Transformational Guide & Founder

For 25 years, I’ve sat in rooms with people from all walks of life, navigating some of the hardest parts of the human experience—facilitating, processing, and holding space for transformation that most environments are not built to handle. My work is grounded in 25 years of transformational mastery and four years of integrating Ayahuasca and plant medicine with success.

That work eventually became something bigger than any one session or conversation could hold. It became the Soul Journey Experience—a structured, complete process built around preparation, deep work, and integration. It is designed for people who are ready to stop circling the same problems and move through them.

I don’t lead with credentials. I lead with experience—and with years of proof that real transformation is not a weekend event. It is a process, and it must be held by someone who has genuinely walked that path themselves.

What that process looks like, and what it asks of the people who enter it, is something I would rather show you than summarize here.
